As Sr. Director - Customer Experience, I am responsible for Product Operations, Business Transformation, and Digital Adoption for the Client/User Experience function. I evaluate new technologies, vendors, and programs for implementation within the organization; and I lead cross functional operations involving digital transformation, optimization, automation, and change management initiatives.

My mission is to enable and empower customers, partners, peers, and employees to achieve their goals and maximize their value by embracing emerging technologies.

I leverage my expertise in digital adoption platforms (DAP), robotic process automation (RPA), business intelligence (BI), Experience Design (UX), and knowledge management (KM), to design and implement innovative solutions that encourage engagement, reduce churn, add scale, and improve satisfaction.
